Custom Orders

Thank you for your interest in ordering a custom made order from us.

Our process for custom orders is as follows,

Please note that we do not do custom orders for knitted or crochet items.

Step One

Once we have discussed your requirements we will create a sketch of your custom design for approval.
We also require full body measurements at this stage.
Once you have your design just how you would like it, and you have officially approved your custom design, it's time to move to the next stage.

Step Two

An estimate is made of the total cost of your custom design, and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to proceed.
Once this is received all materials needed to complete your project are ordered, and work begins creating your pieces.

Step Three

On completion of the creation of your custom pieces you will be sent photos of the completed work, along with final costs.
If there is anything you are not happy with please let us know, so we have a chance to get your pieces just right for you.

Step Four

A completion invoice is created, and once this is paid we are ready to ship your order.

Please note postage costs are not included in the estimated cost for your custom design and will be added to the final invoice.
Estimated costs are just that, an estimate. Any major variation will be communicated with the customer as the order is being made.

Custom orders are non-refundable, as they are cut and made specifically for you.
