Ice themed Tutu. Kids size 3

This Ice themed Tutu is made using a Stretch Suede for the bodice and pants. Nylon net for the skirt, with rayon overlays.
This Tutu seperates for washing, with domes to make seperation of the peices easy, and to hold pants up and tops down on your little dancer.
